Whistleblower service

At Aderian Group, we are dedicated to upholding our policies, principles, and all applicable laws. Our goal is to create an environment where potential signs of misconduct can be identified and addressed promptly, ensuring swift action when needed.

Our hope is that it will always feel natural to talk to us directly if you see things that shouldn’t be happening, but even if you want to remain anonymous, it should be possible to raise concerns. That’s why we offer a whistleblowing channel together with Lantero.

The channel is primarily intended to capture serious non-compliance with the law, code of conduct, etc. All reports will be processed, but if they are deemed to be outside the scope of the system, they will not be handled according to the system’s procedures.

To make a complaint, you go to an external website and fill in a form with the relevant information. Cases are investigated by a specially appointed trust group or by an external and independent lawyer. Feedback is given to the management team within the Aderian Group with proposals for action or further handling.

ATTENTION! To guarantee your anonymity, we advise you to:

  • Use a computer outside the Aderian Group network when reporting, as web traffic from the workplace may be traceable
  • Copy and paste the link below into your browser
  • If you have a QR reader in your mobile phone, you can also scan the QR code below and go directly to the reporting page. Make sure that your phone is not connected to the workplace wifi.

Alternative reporting via ‘external channels’ and competent authorities

According to the whistleblowing legislation that entered into force in December 2021, it should be possible to report via so-called “external channels” in addition to internal channels of organizations. Different authorities are responsible for different areas of responsibility and must make their own reporting channels available for this purpose. The Swedish Work Environment Authority is responsible for supervision in this area, and will provide information on which authorities are responsible for which area.
