The group is based on both a strong local market position and complementary niche expertise and currently consists of seven locally leading and geographically dispersed companies with their own strong brands and areas of expertise. Within the Aderian Group, they can utilize each other’s competencies and add services for the customers who need it.
It feels incredibly fun to have found such a good name and brand for the group, it was one of our employees who suggested it and we took the bait immediately, says Mia Åslander, CEO of Aderian Group.
Canmer Data, CC IT, CoreIT, DNS IT, Kullander and Zelly keep their current names but add “part of Aderian Group” in their communication. byBrick Operations changes its name to Aderian Stockholm and the parent company changes from Nordic IT-Services Group to Aderian Group.
Aderian Group has Capillar Equity as financial partner and owner of approximately 50 percent of the shares. The group has 210 employees and a total turnover of approximately SEK 500 million.
“My main goal is to create strong growth, both organically and through acquisitions, together with satisfied employees and customers. Our ambition is to double our turnover within six months,” says Mia Åslander.
