– It feels great to get everyone in place and become part of a strong team that can drive the work forward together with me and the companies. Our task is to create the very best conditions for our companies to succeed even better. The strategy is to maintain the companies’ independence and strong local positions, while at the same time being able to offer central support and processes that the companies benefit from,” says Mia Åslander, CEO of Aderian Group.

Since its inception less than a year ago, Aderian has grown from seven to twelve companies and from SEK 450 to 800 million in turnover, changed its name and brand and gained a new principal owner in Adelis. The rapid expansion is planned to continue.

The persons recruited are:

Christian Dempe, (formerly Karlsson) Chief Operating Officer, joins Aderian from his position as Regional Manager at Iver. Christian’s role at Aderian is to take operational responsibility for business development issues such as company acquisitions, internal collaborations, development of joint services and strategic partnerships.

Emelie Stålhem, Chief Marketing Officer, comes most recently from AdRelevance and was previously Marketing Manager at Gibon. Emelie’s mission will be to establish the common brand, support the companies’ local brands and be responsible for internal and external communication for the group.

Laura Johnsson, Human Relations, works at the subsidiary Zelly where she will continue half-time. Laura will develop strategies for skills supply and employer branding for the group and its companies and coordinate common guidelines, agreements and policies for the subsidiaries within Aderian Group.

Markus Spak, Chief Financial Officer, (starts 27/2) comes from Anicura, where he was CFO for the Scandinavian operations, and has previously worked with corporate transactions at EY. Markus will be responsible for the company’s financial management, system support and routines for joint reporting and follow-up for the group, as well as continuing to implement the acquisition strategy.
