The hub is today an ERP specialist focused on Microsoft services (Dynamics 365
Business Central and Power BI). The company is a Microsoft Certified Gold Partner and
develops solutions between business systems and external support systems, the outside world and
peripherals. Navet had sales of approximately SEK 64 million in 2022 with approximately 50 employees.
– With the acquisition, we are deepening Aderian’s specialist expertise in
business systems / ERP. It feels both fun and safe to have acquired a company with such
solid competence and long experience as Navet, says Mia Åslander, CEO of Aderian
Group.
Navet was established in 1989 by Göran Hellström and has a strong market position with
emphasis on southern Sweden and offices in Helsingborg and Malmö. The company has
conducted business in business systems, but has also had assignments in corporate
finance and strategic insight work with a focus on owner-managed companies.
In connection with the acquisition, the operations of Navet AB are refined to business systems, while
other services are spun off to Navet Analytics AB. Aderian only acquires Navet
AB.
In connection with the acquisition, Göran Hellström hands over to business area manager
Anders Claesson as CEO of Navet AB. The majority of the current management
will continue in senior positions and will also be co-owners.
– This will mean fantastic development opportunities for Navet. We will
enter a larger context where we, together with other specialists, can create
even greater business benefits for customers, says Anders Claesson.
– It feels commercially optimal to hand over the continued development of
Navet to my former colleagues and Aderian. Anders has successfully developed
business systems within Navet. I look forward to following their continued journey, says
Göran Hellström.
